Train in 45 min coach-led session tailored just for you. We meet you where you are, focus on sustainability and are with you all the whole way during the process.
Recurring plans
Unused sessions are banked if you're away on vacation, work trip, etc.
Two (2) month minimum, after that you may cancel via email or in-person 14 days prior to the next billing cycle date to avoid charge. Remaining sessions valid for 90 days after cancellation. 24hrs notice required to cancel/reschedule session.

Train in a 45 min coach-led session capped at 3 people. Workout with a friend or partners or come solo to train with other BA members. To the best of our ability, we arrange groups and tailor workouts based on compatible fitness levels and training frequencies.

All auto-renew training memberships renew every four (4) weeks.

Final price will include NYC/NYS applicable tax.
